RV leveling jack repair and replacement service in Fort Pierce, FL

Hydraulic Leveling Jack Repair

Leaking cylinders, stuck jacks, slow extension. We rebuild hydraulic jacks on site and carry the most common seals and fittings. Usually runs $175-350 per jack depending on the damage.

Electric Leveling System Service

Electric systems are great when they work. When they don't, it's usually a motor, a gear assembly, or a wiring issue. We diagnose and repair all major electric leveling brands. Takes about 45 minutes for most repairs.

Manual Jack Inspection & Replacement

Scissor jacks and tongue jacks take a beating, especially down here in Florida where the salt air eats metal for breakfast. We inspect, service, and replace manual jacks. Around $80-150 per unit.

Leveling Control Board Diagnosis

Getting error codes on your panel? Jacks won't respond? Nine times out of ten it's the control board or a sensor. If the problem traces back to a wiring harness, corroded connections, or a bad relay, our RV electrical repair team handles that too. We test every circuit and pin, and we stock replacement boards for the most popular systems.

Hydraulic Pump & Cylinder Repair

A bad pump means nothing moves. Period. We repair and replace hydraulic pumps, reservoirs, and cylinders. We also flush old fluid and replace it with fresh hydraulic oil. If you're noticing fluid leaks elsewhere on your rig, our RV plumbing service can check your water and waste systems too. That fluid flush alone can fix half the problems we see.

Auto-Leveling Calibration

Auto-level not reading correctly? It might just need a recalibration. We reset the system sensors, test the inclinometer, and run through the full calibration sequence. Usually about 30-45 minutes. $125 flat rate.

Stabilizer Jack Service

Stabilizers aren't true leveling jacks, but they're just as important for keeping your coach from rocking. Always get your rig level and stable before extending your RV slideouts. We fix bent pads, seized shafts, and worn gears. A small repair that makes a big difference.

Lippert & HWH System Specialists

Lippert and HWH make the majority of leveling systems on the road today. We're trained on both platforms and carry OEM parts for the most common failures. Don't trust your system to a general mechanic.

Common Problems We Fix

Jacks Won't Retract (or Extend)

This is the number one call we get. You hit the button and nothing happens, or maybe one jack moves and the others just sit there. It could be a bad solenoid valve, a low fluid level, a corroded ground wire, or a fried relay. We see this all the time with rigs that sit for a few months without use. The Florida humidity causes corrosion on electrical contacts faster than you'd think. We test the system end to end and pinpoint exactly what's stuck.

Hydraulic Fluid Leaking Under the Coach

Notice a puddle of pinkish fluid under your rig? That's hydraulic oil, and it means you've got a blown seal somewhere. Could be at the cylinder, the pump, or one of the line fittings. Don't ignore it. Running the system low on fluid will burn out your pump, and that's a $600-900 repair instead of a $150-250 seal job. We carry the common seal kits and can usually get you fixed same day.

Error Codes and Beeping Control Panels

Modern leveling systems are computer-controlled, which is great until the computer throws a fit. Flashing lights, beep codes, error messages on the display. We've got the diagnostic tools to read those codes and figure out what the system is actually telling you. Sometimes it's a bad sensor. Sometimes it's a wiring harness that got chewed by a mouse. Either way, we'll track it down.

Coach Won't Level on Uneven Ground

Ever pulled into a site that's got a decent slope and your auto-level just can't figure it out? It cycles through the jacks over and over, then gives up. Usually means your sensors are out of calibration or one of your jacks isn't getting full extension. We recalibrate the system and check each jack's travel. Most of the time we can get you sorted in under an hour.

RV Leveling System Questions We Get Asked

How much does RV leveling jack repair cost?

It depends on the type of system and what's broken. A simple seal replacement on a hydraulic jack runs $150-250. Electric motor replacements are usually $200-400. Control board replacements can be $300-600 depending on the brand. We always give you a firm quote before we start any work.

Can you work on my Lippert leveling system?

Absolutely. We work on Lippert systems all the time. Ground Control 3.0, 6-Point, Level Up, you name it. We carry the most common Lippert replacement parts on our truck, so most repairs happen same day.

Why won't my auto-level system work on sloped ground?

Most auto-level systems have a maximum slope they can handle, usually around 3 degrees side to side and 6 degrees front to back. If you're beyond that, the system won't even try. But if you're within spec and it's still failing, you probably need a sensor recalibration or have a jack that's not reaching full extension.

How often should I service my RV leveling system?

We recommend a full inspection once a year, or every 5,000 miles. If you store your RV here in Florida, you'll want to cycle the jacks at least once a month to keep the seals lubricated and prevent corrosion. That simple habit will save you hundreds down the road.

Do you come to my campsite or do I need to bring the RV to you?

We come to you. That's the whole point of our mobile service. Your campsite, your storage lot, your driveway. Anywhere in the Treasure Coast area. If your jacks are stuck down, you're not moving that rig anyway, so it makes a lot more sense for us to come to you.

What brands of leveling systems do you repair?

We work on all major brands: Lippert, HWH, Bigfoot, Power Gear, Equalizer Systems, BAL, and Atwood. If it levels an RV, we can fix it. We stock the most common parts for Lippert and HWH since those are what we see the most on the Treasure Coast.
